For Prospective Students

Graduate School Applicants

Our team values community-engaged efforts to develop and evaluate services that promote mental health and wellness, particularly in traditionally under-served communities. Our work provides opportunities for graduate students to participate in academic and community partnerships focused leveraging natural opportunities and resources to create meaningful, culturally robust benefits for the families and youth that we serve through interdisciplinary collaboration. Current and past graduate students on our team have received grant funding to support their training (listed below) and have move forward in pursuing a range of careers. Applicants interested in learning more about Team NAFASI can view our ongoing projects, meet our current team members, and read about the work of our alumni through the resources available on this website. More information about the Applied Social and Cultural Psychology doctoral program can be found on the FIU ASCP website.

Dr. Frazier is recruiting students for the new PhD program in Applied Social and Cultural Psychology. She is especially committed to mentoring students who identify with groups underrepresented in science, psychology and academia toward improving public health science and care. Please note, Dr. Frazier is no longer recruiting students for the clinical science program.

Undergraduate Research Assistants

Our team is always interested in speaking with qualified undergraduates interested in getting research experience in child clinical science. If you are interested, please email Allison Goodman at agoodman@fiu.edu.
